The Renewably Platform allows you to securely access and manage your TrustMark licence information as part of your compliance and project delivery workflow.

Your TrustMark details are linked to your account and are automatically kept up to date through a direct integration with TrustMark, ensuring accuracy across your projects and submissions.

The Renewably Platform uses your TrustMark data to determine which measures and services are available to your business.

Based on your registered and licensed trades:

  • Only eligible measures are made available within the platform
  • Project options are aligned with your accreditation status
  • Scheme and funding eligibility is filtered accordingly

This ensures that:

  • You only deliver work you are approved for
  • All projects remain compliant with TrustMark requirements

To access your TrustMark licence details:

  1. Log into the Renewably Platform
  2. Navigate to Company Settings (or Organisation Profile)
  3. Select the Compliance or Accreditations section
  4. Locate your TrustMark licence information

Here you will be able to view:

  • TrustMark licence number
  • Registered business details
  • Associated scheme(s)
  • Licensed trades
  • Licence status
