# How can I add renewable measures to my account?

## Renewable measures within the Renewably Platform are not added manually in most cases.

Instead, they are automatically made available based on your TrustMark licence and the measures covered under your Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) policy.

This ensures that all measures available to your account are fully compliant and aligned with your accredited trades.

#### **How measures are added to your account**

### **1. TrustMark licensed trades (Primary driver)**

The platform connects to TrustMark via API and uses your licensed trades to determine which renewable measures you are approved to deliver.

When your TrustMark licence is updated:

- **New measures are automatically applied to your account**
- **Existing measures are updated to reflect your accreditation**

This ensures your account always reflects your current certification status.

### **2. Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) coverage**

In addition to TrustMark data, the platform checks which measures are covered under your IBG policy.

- Only measures supported by your IBG provider will be enabled
- This ensures all installations can be certified and compliant

#### **When manual intervention is required**

In some cases, a new renewable measure may require additional approval before it can be used.

### **PAS audit / new measure onboarding**

If a new measure requires:

- A **PAS audit**, or
- Additional **IBG validation or coverage**

Then:

- The measure will be **applied manually to your account** once approved

This ensures:

- Full compliance with standards
- Valid IBG certification for the measure
- Alignment with scheme requirements

#### **Why measures are controlled this way**

This process is designed to:

- Ensure you only deliver work you are approved for
- Maintain compliance with TrustMark and PAS standards
- Guarantee that all installations can be supported by an IBG
- Reduce risk and prevent invalid project submissions

#### **Troubleshooting**

**I cannot see a measure I expect to have access to**

Check the following:

- Your TrustMark licence includes the relevant trade
- Your accreditation has been updated and is active
- Your IBG policy covers the measure

If all are correct:

- Allow time for TrustMark data to sync via the API
- Contact support for manual review
